The BC Program offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in building construction with graduate tracks in integrated facility management and integrated project delivery systems. Students may earn a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, a Master of Science in Building Construction and Integrated Facility Management, or a Ph.D.

Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Building Construction

The Georgia Tech Building Construction (BC) Program is a management-based course of study that prepares students for leadership roles in the construction industry. The curriculum is designed to teach students the basic principles and practices of construction management, real estate development, science, and technology.

PhD in Building Construction :
The program of study leading to the Doctor of Philosophy degree is the highest degree offered in the College of Architecture. The program seeks to graduate people who will become research leaders in their respective fields.  Graduates typically take positions in a range of research or policy organizations such as universities; regional , state, and local planning agencies; research and development firms; and government agencies.
